Abstract:
Na škarjah WT zdvajalec »duplomat« je prihajalo do zastojev, zaradi ročnega mazanja ležajev in do mešanja maziva z izdelkom. Pri tem so zaradi zastojev nastajali nepotrebni stroški. Zato se je začela izgradnja avtomatiziranega centralnega mazalnega sistema. Uporabil se je več-linijski in progresivni centralni mazalni sistem. V diplomskem delu je predstavljen celotni mazalni sistem in njegovo delovanje. Predstavljena je montaža mazalnega sistema in ekonomska upravičenost projekta.

Title:
Automation of central lubrication system on shears WT duplomat
Abstract:
Delays occurred on the shears WT duplomat because of the need for a manual lubrication of the bearings, as well as the mixing of the lubricant with the product. These delays caused unnecessary expenses. This eventually led to the introduction of an automatic central lubrication system. Both the multi-lane and progressive central lubrication system was used. The following graduate thesis contains the presentation of a central lubrication system and its operations. The montage of the lubrication system and the economic reasoning for the project are also presented.
