Abstract:	V magistrski nalogi smo preučili možnost energijske izrabe perja, ki kot stranski produkt ostane v Perutnini Ptuj. Postavitev celotnega sistema bo vključevalo sušilnico perja in kotlarno s postavljenim Rankinovim krožnim procesom, ki proizvaja toplotno in električno energijo. V krožnem procesu bo ostajala vroča voda, ki je uporabna tako za sušilnico kot tudi uporabo v tehnološkem procesu v mesno predelovalnem obratu. V drugem delu naloge – v aplikativnem delu – smo na osnovi inženirskih in ekonomskih izračunov poskušali kar najbolj realno prikazati možnost vzpostavitve sistema izrabe ostankov kot biomase. Kot končni produkt raziskave je pripravljen zagonski elaborat za zagon projekta nabave in postavitve obrata. V ekonomskem preračunu smo prikazali tako prihodkovno kot odhodkovno stran. Rezultat je smotrna investicija, ki se v dobi 7 let povrne, nadaljnjo delovanje pa ustvarja dobiček podjetju.

Title:	Techno - economical calculation of waste-to-energy plant for poultry feathers and erection of combined heat and power production system
Abstract:	In the thesis, we consider the possibility of energy use of feathers generated as a byproduct in Perutnina Ptuj. The layout of the entire system includes drying feathers and a boiler house with Rankine cycle process, which produces heat and power. In a circular process hot water will be held, which can be used both for drying and also in the technological process of a meat processing plant. In the second part of the thesis - the applicative part, we tried to show the possibility of establishing a system of utilization of residues as biomass, based on engineering and economic calculations. As a final product of the research is a start-up proposal of the project; the acquisition and installation of the plant. In economic calculation we show both the revenue and expenditure side. The result is a wise investment, which is refunded in the trial of 7 years and furthermore, operates as a profit-making enterprise.
