Abstract:	Gospodarska kriminaliteta je zlo, ki preži na nas in na državo. Zaradi svojega nenehnega spreminjanja se kljub trudu preiskovalcev dokaj uspešno izogiba roki pravice, preiskovalci pa za uspešen pregon storilcev potrebujejo širok nabor znanja ter uspešno sodelovanje z raznimi institucijami. A kljub hitro spreminjajoči se naravi gospodarskega kriminala skrbno načrtovan cilj ostaja isti − pridobitev velike premoženjske koristi, zato je delež s sodnim epilogom in čim manjše temno polje tovrstne kriminalitete še kako pomemben za Republiko Slovenijo, saj si bo le tako opomoglo gospodarstvo in prebivalci. Omenjen tip kriminalitete je v naši državi še vedno do nekatere mere uganka, strokovne literature je malo, kar se počasi spreminja, Kazenski zakonik se dopolnjuje, toda delo preiskovalcev je še vedno zelo oteženo. Premoženjsko opustošenje, ki ostaja za izpolnjenimi cilji velikih, pa ni edini viden rezultat, vidno je tudi razočaranje, nezadovoljstvo ljudi, ki se prevečkrat odločijo za prelevitev iz žrtve (posredne ali neposredne) v storilca z odvzemom življenja sočloveku. Delo preiskovalcev pri preiskovanju umorov in ubojev je zahtevno, delikatno, če pa se pojavi sum na povezavo z gospodarskim kriminalom, je intenziteta preiskovanja znatno višja. A povezava z gospodarskim kriminalom pri posrednih žrtvah ni ne vidna ne odkrita, a možnosti, da obstaja, ne smemo zanemariti, kajti motiv storilcev lahko izvira iz najrazličnejših okoliščin, ki so posledica opustošenja dosege ciljev tistih, ki jih ni vredno imenovati.

Abstract:

Economic crime represents a threat that is all around us and our country. No matter how hard investigators are trying, economic crime can, because of its constant change, successfully avoid our law system. For successful prosecution investigators also need a lot of knowledge and a good cooperation with other institutions. But in spite of rapid change of nature of economic crime, carefully planned intention stays the same − gain of wealth. And that is why a number of judicial epilogues and minimal number of cases in the “dark side” of economic crime is so important for the Republic of Slovenia. But if Slovenia has fewer cases in the “dark side” of economic crime and more judicial epilogues, that may be some kind of solution for the country and its population. But this type of crime is unfortunately not well known and we do not have a lot of literature for investigation, but luckily there were some positive changes, there were also some complements in the Penal Code of the Republic of Slovenia, however, investigators still have tough work to do. Poverty, which is the consequence of the wealthy criminals, is not the only sad conclusion of their crime – there is also disappointment and unhappiness of poor people, which is too many times transformed from victims (direct or indirect) to offenders by taking a human life. Investigators have tough work when they investigate murders and manslaughter, but if there is a suspicion on connection with economic crime, investigation is even harder. That kind of connection with economic crime is not detected, if the victim is indirect. But possibility that there was a connection cannot be abounded, because the suspect of the murder maybe had a motive, which is part of the consequences of the wealthy life and comfort of the people who does not deserve to be named.
