Ta dejstva so nas v Birografiki BORI privedla do odločitve, da izvedemo informacijski projekt, katerega rezultat bo računalniško spremljanje proizvodnih procesov in uvedba planiranja naročil v produkciji. Z zajemom podatkov na nivoju posameznih delovnih operacij v danem trenutku in spremljanjem pridobljenih podatkov smo omogočili boljši pregled nad izvajanjem delovnih nalogov in omogočili bolj pregledno in urejeno proizvodnjo. Uvedba računalniškega planiranja delovnih nalogov je pripomogla k večji pretočnosti produkcije, povečanju njene efektive in dvigu kvalitetnega nivoja končnih izdelkov in njihove izdobave. Z izvedenim projektom smo prispevali k dvigu konkurenčnosti in odzivnosti podjetja na prodajnem trgu.

Title:IMPLEMENTATION OF THE GRAPHIC PRODUCTION CONTROL SYSTEM IN BIROGRAFIKA BORI
Abstract:Competition present on the demanding market is requiring for every company to have its own production processes managed, coordinated and executed according to the production plan. Modern manufacturing company must be able to react on market demands by quality products, manufactured in required timeframe for a price that is acceptable for the market. The same applies to the graphic industry where the strong competition and a very demanding market conditions are quite common. In this industry the highest priority is to ensure quality product within the shortest time possible, for the price as low as possible. These circumstances required the company of Birografika BORI to make the decision to launch the information system renewal project which would implement computer monitoring of production processes and order planning into the production process. Better monitoring over the execution of work orders is enabled by data collection of individual work operations at a given moment. With monitoring of the acquired data, we were able to organize more transparent and more orderly production. The introduction of computerised work orders helped to enlarge production flow capacity, improve effectiveness, higher quality of end products and their timely delivery. By executing this project we improved the company’s competitiveness on the market.
