V makrostrukturi dopisov bomo pregledali sestavne dele dopisov. Nato bomo preučili namere dopisov in tematsko zgradbo. Kriteriji besedilnosti bodo izhodišče analize. Skozi mikrostrukturo se nam bo prikazovala pravopisna, slovnična, slovarska raven. Pomagali si bomo s pristopom jezikovne pragmatike in s teorijo govornih dejanj. S stilistiko bomo preučili načela pisanja in z njimi povezana načela sporazumevanja.

Title:TEXT ANALYSIS OF SELECTED LAW FIRM LETTERS
Abstract:Language used by law is very specific because it is used as a professional language, more specifically it us called legal language. Its characteristics directly invoke a new state of things. Since this is a fairly hermetic language, it is much more complex than the language of any other professional language, so its use is all the more challenging and responsible. The diploma thesis studies legal language, more precisely one of the disciplines – language of legal practice which is used in a lawyer's office and it is used when they write, try to put legal actions into words and when they communicate with their customers. This will lead us through randomly selected letters that will be divided into several structures using set criteria. Different approaches will be used to analyze these structures into detail. Furthermore, the components of letters will be checked in macrostructure. Afterwards, the motives and thematic structure of the letter will be dealt with. The criteria of textuality will be the starting point of the analysis. The thesis will analyse spelling, grammatical and lexical level through the microstructure. The approach of linguistic pragmatics and the theory of speech acts will also help us. With the method of stylistics we will address the principles of writing and related communication principles. The analysis will be exploring the writers and their style and it is not going to stop by the pragmatics, but it will continue to the approach of linguistic forensics through the interdisciplinary science of psycho - and sociolinguistics.
