Title:RAZPETOST ŽENSKE MED DRUŽINO IN KARIERO

Abstract:Nekoč je bila ženska samo mati in gospodinja in je tako opravljala samo neformalno delo, za katero ni dobila nobenega plačila. Danes pa ženska predstavlja skoraj polovico vse delovne sile. Z vstopom ženske na trg dela se poveča njena obremenjenost, saj poleg vseh gospodinjskih opravil opravlja še plačano delo. Vendar pa se mora ženska za uspešno kariero nenehno boriti in premagovati določene ovire in tipične stereotipe, ki veljajo za žensko. Ženska, ki že ima družino, je tako pogostokrat razpeta med družino in kariero. Tista ženska, ki pa še nima otrok, se mnogokrat raje odreče družini, kot pa da bi pustila kariero. Diplomska naloga je sestavljena iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. V teoretičnem delu spoznamo pojem dela, pomen družine, pojem kariere in s čim so ženske obremenjene, ko skušajo uskladiti družinsko življenje s kariero. V empiričnem delu pa smo preučevali razpetost ženske med družino in kariero v podjetju X. Podatke smo zbrali s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika. Z analizo dobljenih podatkov smo tako ugotovili, da so ženske zadovoljne s trenutnim delovnim mestom, na katerem so, vendar so še vedno preobremenjene, saj morajo poleg službe opraviti še večino gospodinjskih opravil. Kljub preobremenjenosti pa ženske najdejo prosti čas, ki ga namenijo družini in sebi.

Title:WOMEN DICHOTOMY BETWEEN FAMILY AND CAREER
Abstract:Once a woman was only a mother and a housewife, and thus performed only informal work, for which she did not receive any payment. Today women represent nearly half of the workforce. With the entry of women into the labor market they increased their workload. In addition to all the household chores they now perform also paid work. A woman has to struggle continuously for a successful career and overcome certain obstacles and typical stereotypes relating to women. A woman, who already has a family, is often torn between family and career. Women, who do not have children already, often prefer to give up family rather than leave the career. The diploma thesis consists of theoretical and empirical part. In theoretical part of the diploma thesis we define the concept of work, family, and career and with what woman are burdened when they are trying to co-ordinate family life with work. In the empirical part we examined the division of women between family and career in Company X. The data was gathered using a questionnaire. Based on analysis of the obtained results we came to conclusion that women are satisfied with momentarily workplace. They are still overloaded because they have to do the majority of housekeeping. Despite the overload they find free time for family and themselves.
