Abstract:	Temo diplomske naloge sem izbrala s področja farmacevtske proizvodnje, kjer opravljam dela in naloge kot kontrolor farmacevtske proizvodnje ( FP ) na fazi pakiranja, v Sektorju za proizvodnjo zdravil v proizvodnem obratu Beta v Šentjerneju, Krka d. d., Novo mesto. Za optimalno proizvodnjo je potrebno dobro poznavanje delovanja pakirnih linij, postopkov pakiranj in premontaž pakirnih linij. Proizvodni proces mora biti oblikovan tako da so časi, ki se porabijo za proizvodnjo, čim bolj optimalni. Delo na strojih pa razporejeno tako, da je proizvodnja čim bolj učinkovita. V diplomski nalogi bomo prikazali izboljšave v procesu premontaž na pakirnih linijah. Obdelan je proces izobraževanja operaterjev za izvajanje premontaž, vključevanje operaterjev v izvajanje premontaž, ter proces premontaž na pakirnih linijah. Prednosti izboljšav pri premontažah ter prednost vključevanja operaterjev v izvajanje premontaž so; krajši zastoji na pakirnih linijah, manj okvar strojev in boljša učinkovitost pakirnih linij.

Title:	Improvements of refittings of the packaging lines
Abstract:	I had decided to choose the theme of my thesis from the field of pharmaceutical production where I work and carry out responsibilities of the technician at the packaging work unit at the Production plant Beta Krka, Novo mesto d. d. For optimal production we need suitable knowledge of the packaging lines, cleaning times and refitting of the packaging lines. The production process has to be designed in such a way that production time is the most optimal while the work on the machinery has to be arranged in such a way that production is the most efficient. In this thesis we will show the improvements in the process of refitting packaging lines. We will examine the process of training for the operators who are responsible for the refitting of the packaging lines and we will also look closely at the process of refitting. The advantages of the improvements in the refitting process and involvement of operators in the implementation of the refitting are following - less congestion on packaging lines, less damage to the machines and improved efficiency of packaging lines.
