Abstract:
Namen diplomskega dela je bil preučiti uspeh vegetativnega razmnoževanja hermelike (Hylotelephium spectabile (Boreau) H. Ohba), z uporabo dveh različnih tipov listnih potaknjencev (listni potaknjenec z zalistnim brstom in listni potaknjenec). Uspešnost koreninjenja smo proučevali v petih terminih potikanja, v dveh različnih okoljih (okolje običajne zračne vlage in okolje povišane zračne vlage (sistem meglenja). Ugotovili smo, da ima termin značilen vpliv na uspešnost koreninjenja pri obeh tipih potaknjencev. Primerno obdobje za vegetativno razmnoževanje hermelike je od druge dekade julija do prve polovice avgusta. Na uspeh koreninjenja ima značilen vpliv tudi okolje. V okolju z običajno zračno vlago smo pri obeh tipih potaknjencev, v prvih treh terminih potikanja, dosegali od 83 do 97 % ukoreninjenost.

The influence of type of cuttings and rooting environment on the reproduction of Showy stonecrop (Hylotelephium spectabile (Boreau) H.Ohba) in the summer period
Abstract:
The main objective of the research was to study the vegetative propagation of Showy stonecrop (Hylotelephium spectabile (Boreau) H. Ohba). Two different types of leaf cuttings (leaf bud cuttings and leaf cuttings) have been use to study the propagation. We measured the rooting ability at five different terms during the summer period within two different environments (the environment with the normal air humidity and the environment with the increased air humidity established by a fog system. The study indicates that the rooting ability by both types of cuttings was significantly different between the terms. The most suitable period for the vegetative propagation by cuttings is from the second decade of July to the first half of August. The environment has also a significant influence on rooting. Both types of cuttings, in an environment with the normal air humidity rooted from 83 % to 97 %, during the early periods of propagations.
