Abstract:
V diplomskem delu smo prikazali uvedbo celovite informacijske rešitve Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009R2 v novo nastalo lesno podjetje. Rešitev omogoča celovito spremljanje in vodenje projektov gradnje lesenih objektov. Rešitev smo uvedli s pomočjo metodologije hitrega razvoja aplikacij znotraj Microsoft Sure Step metodologije. Slednjo uporabljajo partnerji pri uvajanju Microsoft Dynamics rešitev s ciljem uspešnega vodenja in zaključka implementacije. V prvem delu smo predstavili teoretične osnove uporabljenih metodologij. V osrednjem delu smo predstavili uvedbo rešitve na praktičnem primeru. Na koncu smo predstavili analizo rešitve, zahteve za njeno uvedbo in možnosti nadaljnjega razvoja.

IMPLEMENTATION OF MICROSOFT DYNAMICS NAV IN THE WOOD COMPANY
Abstract:
In the thesis we have shown the introduction of a comprehensive IT solution Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009R2 into a newly founded wood company. The solution enables comprehensive monitoring and managing of construction projects of wooden buildings. The solution was introduced with the help of the methodology of rapid development of applications within the Microsoft Sure Step methodology. The latter is used by the partners in introducing the Microsoft Dynamics solutions with the goal of successful managing and completion of implementation. In the first part, we present the theoretical bases of the methodologies used. In the central part, we present the introduction of the solution in practice. Finally, we present the analysis of the solution, the requirements for its introduction and the possibilities for further development.
