Abstract:
Osnovno vodilo pri ustvarjanju diplomske naloge je bilo prenova celotnega obstoječega procesa napovedi odsotnosti zaposlenih v SKB banki d.d.. Pri raziskovalnem delu naloge smo se srečevali z različnimi teţavami in vprašanji kako izvesti prenovo in izboljšanje procesa, kakšne so dejanske moţnosti za uresničitev prenove in izboljšav ter kakšni so prihranki glede na obstoječi proces. Za raziskovalno metodo smo uporabili metodo Razvoja funkcij kakovosti oziroma QFD metodo.

Reengineering of business process for announcement of employees absence in SKB Bank d.d.
Abstract:
The basic guideline in creating thesis was the total reengineering of the existing business process for announcement of employees absence in SKB Bank. During conduction their research tasks we faced with different problems and issues regarding how to carry out the reengineering and improvement of the business process, what are the real possibilities for the realization of reengineering and improvements and for the end we presented comparison of savings between existing and new proposed process.
