Abstract:	V diplomskem delu se osredotočamo na motivacijo zaposlenih za izobraževanje. Zaposleni se skozi svoje delo ves čas izpopolnjujejo. Zavedajo se, da je njihovo znanje zelo pomembno za njihov osebni razvoj, ker pa zaradi vse večjega napredka njihovo znanje zastara, ga je treba nadgraditi. Motivacija je pri tem ključnega pomena. Diplomsko delo vsebuje teoretični in praktični del. Teoretični del se prične z obrazložitvijo izobraževanja zaposlenih in opredelitvijo pojma izobraževanja ter faz izobraževalnih dejavnosti v organizaciji. V naslednjem poglavju opišemo motivacijo, motiviranje, motivacijske teorije, motivacijsko strukturo pri izobraževanju in motivacijo zaposlenih za izobraževanje. Nato predstavimo podjetje, njegovo organizacijsko in kadrovsko strukturo ter na koncu še izobraževanja v podjetju. V praktičnem delu se osredotočimo na raziskavo motivacije za izobraževanje zaposlenih v podjetju. Namen raziskave je, da ugotovimo, kakšna je motivacija zaposlenih na področju izobraževanja v podjetju. Za zbiranje podatkov uporabimo anonimni anketni vprašalnik z zaprtim tipom vprašanj. Na koncu diplomskega dela predstavimo ugotovitve in podamo nekaj predlogov za izboljšave.

Title:	MOTIVATION OF EMPLOYEES FOR EDUCATION IN THE COMPANY X
Abstract:	The thesis focuses on the motivation of employees for education. Employees are further educated at work; they acknowledge that their education is important for their personal development, however, continued progress renders their knowledge outdated and they need to expand it. In this respect, motivation is crucial. The thesis involves a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part first outlines employee education and defines education and the phases of educational activities in an organisation. It is followed by a chapter dealing with motivation, the motivational process, the theories of motivation, the motivational structure in education and the motivation of employees for education. Moreover, the thesis presents the company, its organisational and staffing structure, and educational seminars it provides. The practical part of the thesis explores the motivation of employees for education. The purpose of the research is to determine the level of their motivation for education in the company. To this end, we used an anonymous survey questionnaire containing closed questions. The final part of the thesis presents the findings and brings forward some proposals for improvement.
