Abstract:
Ustrezno urejeni interni logistični procesi in zagotavljanje sledljivosti toka materialov skozi nabavno, proizvodno in prodajno logistiko so postali ključnega pomena za zagotavljanje zahtev današnjih kupcev in posledično za obstoj slehernega proizvodnega podjetja na današnjem z visoko konkurenco preplavljenem trgu. Diplomski seminar obravnava praktičen primer posnetka stanja internih logističnih procesov, opiše spremembe v izvajanju procesov ter njihovo informatizacijo z implementacijo sistema za skladiščno poslovanje. V diplomskem seminarju so izpostavljena tako pričakovanja naročnika pred implementacijo sistema za skladiščno poslovanje, kot tudi ključni dejavniki uspeha pri uvajanju takšnega sistema v produkcijsko okolje, na primeru proizvodnega podjetja.

INFORMATIZATION OF INTERNAL LOGISTIC PROCESSES WITHIN A PRODUCTION COMPANY BY INPLEMENTING WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Abstract:
Properly settled internal logistic processes and traceability assurance of material flow through purchasing, production and retail logistics, became essential in order to satisfy demanding customer needs and consequently for existence of each and every production company on today’s highly competitive market. Content of current document describes and elaborates practical case of internal logistics processes execution with their adjustments before and after informatization by implementing warehouse management system. Customers’ expectations and key success factors in terms of warehouse management system implementation into the production environment of production company are also exposed and emphasized within the document.
