Title:Vpliv ekonomskih razmer na povečanje samomorilnosti v svetu in Sloveniji

Abstract:Teoretična izhodišča: Dejanje samomora pomeni ubiti samega sebe. V diplomskem delu so predstavljeni pojmi, kot so samomorilno vedenje, vpliv posledic ekonomskih razmerij na povečanje samomorov, na povečanje duševnih bolezni, na brezposelnost in načini zmanjševana samomorov. Samomor je tema, o kateri ljudje nočejo govoriti in jo potiskajo v ozadje. Metodologija: Diplomsko delo je teoretičnega značaja. Uporabili smo deskriptivno metodo dela, s študijem domače in tuje strokovne literature. Rezultati: Pregled literature je pokazal, da posledice ekonomskih razmer vplivajo na povečanje samomorilnosti, na brezposelnost in na povečanje števila duševnih bolezni. Kakovost življenja ljudi se zaradi slabih ekonomskih razmer znižuje. Prihaja do vse večje brezposelnosti, socialne izključenosti, revščine, kar vodi v stres, in posledično v povečanje številnih duševnih motenj. Z njimi je povezana tudi večja stopnja samomorilnosti. Medicinska sestra je tista, ki v okviru promocije duševnega zdravja deluje na vseh treh nivojih: primarnem, sekundarnem in terciarnem, prav tako pa tudi prepoznava nevarnost samomorilnosti in deluje v primerih poskusov samomora. Sklep: Ekonomske razmere vplivajo na duševno zdravje ljudi; v kolikšni meri pa je odvisno od finančnega stanja ljudi in od pomoči s strani države.

Title:THE IMPACT OF ECONOMIC CONDITIONS ON INCREASING SUICIDAL RATES IN THE WORLD AND IN SLOVENIA
Abstract:Theoretical background: The act of suicide means to kill himself. The thesis presents concepts such as suicidal behavior, the effects of the economic impact on the increase in suicide rates, the increase in mental illnesses, on unemployment level and ways of reducing suicidal beahvior. Suicide is a to pic which people do not want to talk about and is pushed into the background. Methodology: The thesis is theoretical work. We used descriptive method by studying domestic and foreign professional literature. Results: The literature review has shown that the consequences of the economic conditions are affecting on the increase in suicidal rates, on unemployment level and on the increase in number of mental illnesses. Quality of life due to poor economic conditions is decreasing. It leads to higher unemployment level, social exclusion and poverty, which leads to more stressfull life, increasing a number of mental disorders and higher suicide rates. The nurse is the one who is promoting mental health on all three levels: primary, secondary and tertiary, and is recognizing the risk of suicidal behavior. Conclusion: Economic conditions affects on the mental health of people. Its extent depends on the financial situation of the people and help from the country.
