Abstract:Slovenski nogomet se zadnja leta zelo razvija. Naša reprezentanca je v svoji 22-letni zgodovini nanizala kar nekaj omembe vrednih uspehov. Slovenski igralci postajajo vedno bolj cenjeni in marsikdo najde mesto tudi izven naše države. V tretjem so predstavljeni namen in cilji diplome. V četrtem poglavju smo definirali, kaj je pojem tehnična, taktična, kondicijska in psihološka priprava vratarja. Peto poglavje zajema motorične sposobnosti pri vratarjih. V šestem poglavju bomo predstavili vsebino in razlago treningov vratarja v pripravljalnem, tekmovalnem in prehodnem obdobju, saj se treningi v teh obdobjih razlikujejo. Zadnje, sedmo poglavje zajema vaje za razvoj tehnične, taktične, kondicijske sposobnosti. Tukaj smo črpali vire in fotografije z lastnih treningov pri NK Maribor, kjer smo opravljali trening pod vodstvom različnih trenerjev (Mitja Piriha).

Title:THE CONDITIONAL PREPARATION OF GETTING A GOALKEEPER INTO SHAPE
Abstract:Slovenian football is developing rapidly in recent years. Our national team can list some notable accomplishments in their first 22 years. Slovenian players are becoming more respected and many find a place in foreign clubs. Slovenia qualified for the 2010 football world cup in the Republic of South Africa. The football club NK Maribor is also leaving a mark on the European map. They participated in the Champions League qualifying rounds and later qualified for the Europa League on three consecutive years. Unfortunately, they lacked more competence to achieve more. The first chapter is the introduction to the diploma paper. In the second chapter, we define the area of the diploma paper. The third chapter covers the aims and objectives of the diploma paper. In the fourth chapter, we defined the terms technical-, tactical-, conditioning- and psychological training for goalkeepers. The fifth chapter focuses on the goalkeepers’ motor skills. In the sixth chapter, we will present and explain the course of a goalkeepers training in the pre-season phase, the competition phase and the transition phase, since the training differs in each of those phases. The last, seventh chapter covers exercises for the development of technical-, tactical- and conditioning skills. We used sources and photographic material from our training sessions at the football club NK Maribor, where we were trained by different coaches (Mitja Pirih).
