Title:STANJE ZAPOSLJIVOSTI MLADIH V PODRAVSKI REGIJI

Abstract:Brezposelnost predstavlja velik problem za državo, saj nakazuje slabo gospodarsko stanje, ki vlada v tej družbi, poleg tega pa prizadene generacije ljudi. Brezposelnost je pereč problem. Zadnja leta so bila zaznamovana z globalno gospodarsko krizo. Analize kažejo, da so med najbolj prizadetimi skupinami ravno mladi, ki so v zelo slabem položaju. Na obseg brezposelnosti mladih vpliva več različnih faktorjev, od neprimernega šolskega sistema do slabih pogojev na trgu dela. V današnjem času je trg dela za mlade neusmiljen. Zaradi gospodarske krize se odpira zelo malo delovnih mest. Poleg tega delodajalci želijo izobražen kader s primernimi izkušnjami, ki mladim velikokrat primanjkujejo. Vse to predstavlja za mlado generacijo problem, ki mu ni videti konca. V Sloveniji se pojavljajo tudi razlike v brezposelnosti med posameznimi regijami. Po statističnih podatkih je najvišji odstotek brezposelnih v severovzhodnem delu Slovenije. Tja spada tudi Podravska regija, s katero se ukvarjamo v magistrskem delu. Posledično vedno več mladih iz Podravske regije išče zaposlitev v osrednji Sloveniji ali pa se odloča za odhod v tujino. Brezposelnost se odraža tudi v ekonomskih in socialnih posledicah. Zaradi tega so mladi odvisni od staršev še v poznih dvajsetih letih, ne morejo se osamosvojiti in si ustvariti družine. Ekonomski izključenosti, sledi še hujša socialna izključenost, ki vodi v pomanjkanje socialnih stikov in občutku nemoči v življenju. Zaradi tega so depresija, brezvoljnost, nemotiviranost in razne stiske pogost pojav pri mladih v današnjem času. Vso zgoraj našteto problematiko, ki se pojavlja v sklopu te obsežne problematike brezposelnosti mladih, bomo obravnavali v magistrskem delu. Cilj magistrskega dela je raziskati stanje zaposljivosti mladih v Podravski regiji. Magistrsko delo je sestavljeno iz šestih vsebinskih sklopov. V uvodnem poglavju bomo predstavili problematiko brezposelnosti, ki jo bomo obravnavali skozi celotno delo. Temu bodo sledile metode, cilji in delovne hipoteze raziskave, ki jih bomo izvedli v sklopu naloge ter predpostavke in omejitve, ki jih pričakujemo. S predvidenimi metodami magistrskega dela bomo zaključili uvodni del. V vsebinskem delu bomo začeli s področjem slovenskega trga dela in se kasneje opredelili na mladinski trg dela in še ožje na stanje zaposlovanja mladih na trgu dela v Podravski regiji. Na podlagi raziskovanja te problematike in raziskave med mladimi iskalci zaposlitve ter delodajalci v Podravski regiji želimo poiskati in predlagati rešitve, ki bi vsaj malo izboljšale stanje zaposlovanja mladih v Podravski regiji. Na koncu vsebinskega dela bomo poskušali podati predloge za izboljšanje zaposlovanja in zmanjšanje brezposelnosti mladih v Podravski regiji. Pomembno je, da se mladi rešijo pasivnosti, ki jih obkroža. Ne smejo samo čakati na boljše čase in ugodnejše delovne pogoje. Sami morajo najti rešitve in dokazati celotni družbi, da niso izgubljena generacija, za katero jih vsi tako zelo radi označijo. Imajo prednosti, da so polni energije, novih idej in zagona, ki jim bodo v kombinaciji s trdim delom pomagali pridi do zastavljenih ciljev. Mladi so dovolj sposobni, da se rešijo iz teh težav, ki jih je povzročila kriza. Le držati se morajo pregovora, ki pravi: Kjer je volja, je tudi pot!

Title:EMPLOYABILITY OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE PODRAVJE REGION
Abstract:Unemployment is a major problem for the country, as it indicates a bad economic situation that prevails in this society, in addition to affecting generations of people. Unemployment is a topical issue. The last few years were marked by a global economic crisis. Analyses show that among the most affected groups is the young generation who is in a very bad position. The extent of youth unemployment is influenced by several different factors, from inadequate school system, to poor labor market conditions. Nowadays, for the young the labor market is ruthless. Due to the economic crisis there are very few job creations. In addition, employers seek qualified personnel with appropriate experience, which young people often lack. All this presents an endless problem for the young generation. In Slovenia there are also differences in unemployment among regions. According to statistics, the highest percentage of unemployment is in the northeastern part of Slovenia. A part of it is also the Podravje region, which we are dealing with in this master's thesis. Thus, more and more young people from the Podravje region are looking for a job in central Slovenia or decide to go abroad. Unemployment is also reflected in the economic and social consequences and as a result young people depend on their parents even in their late twenties, cannot become independent and create their own family. This economic exclusion is followed by a more severe social exclusion, which leads to a lack of social contact and sense of powerlessness in their lives. Because of this, depression, apathy, lack of motivation and various hardships are a common phenomenon among young people nowadays. All the above-mentioned problems occurring in the context of the extensive issue of youth unemployment will be discussed in this master's thesis. The purpose of the master's thesis is to explore the state of young people's employability in the Podravje region. This thesis consists of six chapters. In the introductory chapter we present the issue of unemployment, which is further on discussed throughout the thesis. It is followed by methods, objectives and working research hypotheses, which are set in the thesis and the expected assumptions and limitations. With the estimated methods of the master's thesis we complete the introductory part. In the theoretical part, we begin with the area of the Slovenian labor market and later on identify the youth labor market and more precisely the youth employment situation in the labor market in the Podravje region. Based on the research of these issues and research among young job seekers and employers in the Podravje region, we want to find and propose solutions that would even slightly improve the youth employment situation in the Podravje region. So at the end we try to make proposals how to improve youth employment and reduce youth unemployment in the Podravje region. It is crucial that young people get rid of the passivity that surrounds them. They shouldn't just wait for better times and more favorable working conditions. They have to find solutions themselves and prove to the entire society that they are not a lost generation, as people like to label them. They have advantages to be full of energy, new ideas and élan that in combination with hard work will help them achieve their goals. Young people are capable enough to get themselves out of the problems the crisis has caused. They just have to live by the saying: Where there is a will, there is a way!
