Abstract:
V diplomskem delu analiziram obstoječe stanje Rudarske kolonije Njiva. Predstavljeno je dejansko stanje objekta kjer so opisane in z slikami prikazane poškodbe na objektu. V drugem delu predstavim vzroke za nastale poškodbe in njihovo sanacijo. Pri tem opišem tudi materiale, ki jih bom pri sanaciji delov objekta uporabil in s tem zagotovil ustrezne življenjske pogoje. Sklicujem se na predpise Zavoda za varstvo kulturne dediščine. Izhajam iz idejnega projekta, ki je bil leta 2007 narejen v družbi Spekter d.o.o. (številka projekta 263/2007).

Title:
REHABILITATION OF THE DOUBLE BLOCK OF FLATS
Abstract:
The thesis analyze existing state of the Rudarska kolonija Njiva. Presented is the actually state of the building, where the damage is described and shown with photos. In the second part I describe causes for the damage and the rehabilitiation of them. I discribe the materials which will be in rehabilitation used and with that I will provide right living conditions. I refer to the regulations of the Institute for protection of cultural haritage. I come out of the design concept which was made in year 2007 by company Spekter d.o.o. (project number 263/2007).
