Abstract:
Diplomsko delo zajema snovanje in izdelavo nadzornega sistema za lesno-obdelovalni stroj, ki bo izveden s pomočjo programabilnega logičnega krmilnika (PLK) Siemens S7-200 in Siemens HMI TP 177 micro panela na dotik. Diplomska naloga obsega sintezo krmilnega programa, ožičenje razširitvenega modula in izdelavo vizualizacije krmilja na HMI zaslonu. V diplomskem delu so opisani posamezni sklopi lesno-obdelovalnega stroja in postopek načrtovanja vizualizacije nadzornega sistema.

CONTROL VISUALIZATION OF WOOD PROCESSING MILLING MACHINE BY INDUSTRIAL HMI PANEL
Abstract:
The diploma thesis covers the development and the production of the control system for wood processing milling machine that will be made with the help of the programmable logic controller (PLC) SIEMENS7-200 and SIEMENS HMI TP 177 micro touch screen. The thesis includes the synthesis of the controller program, wiring of the expanding module and the visualization of the controller on the HMI display. The description of different parts related to woodworking machine and the procedure of the visualization development are part of the diploma thesis.
