Abstract:
Diplomsko delo z upoštevanjem vseh zahtev, ki smo si jih zadali v zahtevniku, opisuje razvoj upogibnega orodja za izdelavo avtomobilske komponente iz pločevine. Po zahtevniku sta predstavljena funkcijska struktura in princip delovanja. Snovanje upogibnemu orodju določa obliko, materiale in standardne strojne dele. V zaključku so zapisani trdnostni izračuni posameznih delov upogibnega orodja in ovrednoten zahtevnik. Namen diplomskega dela je razviti upogibno orodje, ki bo uporabno v proizvodnji.

The development of bending tools for production of automobile components
Abstract:
Following all the requirements we have set ourselves in the engineering specifications, this diploma thesis describes the development of a bending tool for the production of automobile components from sheet metal. According to the engineering specifications, a functional structure and operating principle are presented. Design determines shape, materials, and standard mechanical parts of the bending tool. In conclusion, the strength calculations of individual parts of the bending tool and the evaluated engineering specifications are stated. The purpose of diploma thesis is to develop a bending tool that will be useful in the production.
