Abstract:
Diplomsko delo obravnava področje prevoza živih živali v cestnem prometu v Sloveniji. Za omenjeno tematiko smo se odločili, ker je bila le-ta postavljena pred TV ekrane. Prikazane kršitve pravic in mučenje živali med prevozomje bil grozljiv prikaz širši javnosti kako se v praksi tudi ravna z živalmi. Zaradi omenjenih kršitev smo se odločili raziskati omenjeno področje v bližnji okolici v obliki diplomskega dela. V teoretičnem delu diplomskega dela so opisani razvoj in namen prevoza živih živali, zakonodajni viri s področja Slovenije in Evropske unije ter mednarodno pravo. Namen praktičnega dela je ugotoviti ravnanje ljudi z živimi živalmi med prevozi. Uporabili smo anketni vprašalnik med kmetovalci ter intervju med poklilcnimi prevozniki. Ob koncu smo naredili vzorčen primer zahtevanih zakonskih zahtev za ustrezno vozilo (prikolico za prevoz živih živali) v cestnem prometu.

Contemporary sources of law for animal transport in Slovenia
Abstract:
Toppic of this degree will be animal road transportation in Slovenia. More specific legislation for animal transport on roads. In the past we have seen violations in animal road transport law and animal rights on TV screens. There fore we have asked ourselves how is this possible and what will national authorities do about this improper animal handling. In degree we will try to find out reasons for development of animal transporting, research our national slovenian legislation and legislation of European Union of choosen toppic. We will also provide informations about animal transport in Slovenia with a survey among local farmers and make interviews among professional livestock carriers. At the end we will make some short example how should short distance (farmers) trailers for liveanimals transport look like. Trailer will fit with national and european regulations and provide the lowest rank of animal thrill during the transportation time.
