Abstract:	Cilj našega diplomskega seminarja je s proučevanjem teorije in primerjavo tradicionalnega računovodenja ter računovodstva v oblaku ugotoviti koristnost uporabe računovodstva v oblaku za mala podjetja in podjetnike. S proučevanjem teorije smo se posvetili raziskovanju teoretičnih prednosti in slabosti računovodstva v oblaku ter raziskali ustreznost uporabe računovodstva v oblaku na primerih malih in srednjih podjetij. Ugotovili smo, da računovodstvo v oblaku majhnim podjetjem ter podjetnikom prinaša več koristi kot računovodstvo z lastno infrastrukturo. Z anketnima vprašalnikoma, namenjenima vodjem računovodstva oziroma podjetij v izbranih malih podjetjih, smo prisotnost računovodstva v oblaku raziskali tudi v praksi. En vprašalnik je bil namenjen podjetjem, ki ne uporabljajo računovodenja v oblaku, drugi pa podjetjem, ki so premik v oblak že storili. Tako smo ugotovili, da so mlajši računovodje bolj dovzetni za premik računovodenja v oblak kot starejši ter da je glavni razlog za počasen napredek prepoznavnosti storitve računovodstva v oblaku predvsem v pomanjkanju informacij o storitvi. Naši največji omejitvi sta bili pomanjkanje literature s področja uporabe računovodskih storitev v oblaku na slovenskem trgu oziroma razširjenost storitve pri nas ter neodzivnost podjetij na anketni vprašalnik. Vendar smo kljub temu prikazali storitev računovodstva v oblaku, njeno funkcionalnost v praksi ter vse prednosti, ki jih s seboj prinese.

Title:	USING CLOUD SERVICE IN ACCOUNTING
Abstract:	Through theory, we have found a lot of pros and cons of cloud accounting and in connection with them using of cloud accounting in small businesses. We have found out that using of cloud accounting bring more advantages for small businesses than traditional accounting. We have done two kinds of surveys with the head of accounting department or manager in small businesses which has helped us gain knowledge on using of cloud accounting programs in practice. One survey has been meant for small businesses which do not use cloud accounting, the other one was meant for small businesses that already use cloud accounting. We have found out that younger accountants are more prone to the using of cloud accounting than older ones, and that the main reasons on time lag of adopting the cloud accounting is that accountants do not have enough information about the service. Our biggest restriction was a small amount of scientific literature about cloud accounting in the Slovenian market, and unresponsiveness of companies on our survey. However, we have managed to show the idea of using cloud accounting services, its using, and pros that it can bring.
