Abstract:	Upravljanje in vodenje projektov je zahtevno in tvegano delo, saj ne moremo vnaprej predvideti, ali nam bo zadan projekt uspelo uspešno izvesti in zadovoljiti zastavljene cilje ali ne. Z izdelavo projektne dokumentacije lahko te negotovosti močno zmanjšamo. V sodelovanju s podjetjem Oprema Ravne je nastalo magistrsko delo, katerega osrednja tema zadeva izdelavo zagonskega elaborata projekta vpenjalnih priprav za varjenje karoserijskih delov v naročniški proizvodnji omenjenega podjetja. Z različnimi metodami in tehnikami projektnega menedžmenta, ki sodijo na področje terminiranja, organiziranja in planiranja projekta, z upravljanjem virov in stroškov projekta, obvladovanjem tveganj ter s kontrolo projekta, smo odpravili vse probleme, nastale med projektom. Pri izbranih projektih v proizvodnji so v delu prikazani tudi pogledi domačih in tujih avtorjev. Podjetje je projekt uspešno izvedlo in s tem izpolnilo predhodno zastavljene cilje projekta.

Title:	Clamping tools for welding car body parts project within batch production in company Oprema Ravne
Abstract:	Project management is demanding and risky because we cannot predict whether we will be able to successfully carry out the project and achieve the set goals. By creating the project documentation these uncertainties can be drastically reduced. This master’s thesis has been created in co-operation with the company Oprema Ravne. Its main point of interest is creating a project start-up manual for the project of clamping tools for welding car body parts within batch production in Oprema Ravne. With the use of different project management techniques which cover the fields of scheduling, organizing, planning, managing costs, resources and risks as well as project control, we have eliminated all the problems which occurred during the project. With the selected projects in manufacture, the standpoint of both, domestic and foreign authors is shown in this master’s thesis. The company successfully carried out the project and therefore fulfilled the previously set goals of the project.
