Abstract:
Naloga obravnava prenovo procesa dokumentiranja nesreč v prometu. Opisana je organiziranost slovenske policije in nekateri najpomembnejši predpisi, ki urejajo delovanje policije. Izdelan so besedni opisi in diagrami poteka za proces »dokumentiranje prometne nesreče«. Predstavljeni so tipični primeri obravnavanja prometnih nesreč. Modelirana je bazo podatkov, ki obsega 25 medsebojno povezanih tabel. Izdelan je skript za generiranje relacijskih tabel in izveden v testnem sistemu. V orodju Oracle APEX so bili razviti bili enostavni spletni obrazci za vnos osnovnih tabel. Policisti bi lahko za dokumentirnje prometnih nesreč uporabljali prenosne računalnike, tablične računalnike ali pametne telefone. Z uporabo predlagane rešitve bi bistveno skrajšali čas za proces dokumentiranja prometne nesreče ter povečali kakovost podatkov.

Title:
REENGINEERING OF DOCUMENTATION PROCESS IN TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS
Abstract:
This research addresses reengineering of traffic accidents documentation process. Organization structure of Slovenian police is described as well as the most imporatant legislation which determines police work. The process »Documentation of traffic accident« is described with text and modeled as dataflow diagrams. Typicall examples of traffic accident documentation is presented. Database with 25 interrelated tables is modeled. Script for relational tables is developed and executed on test system. The Oracle APEX was used to develop simple web data-entry forms. Police officers could use laptops, tablet PCs or smartphones to document traffic accidents. With proposed solution the processing time would significantly decrease and the quality of data would increase.
