Abstract:	Diplomski seminar temelji na podrobnejšem vpogledu v organizacijo, ki se ukvarja izključno z izvajanjem tržnih in javnomnenjskih raziskav, katerih naročniki so tudi nekatere svetovno znane organizacije. Najprej bomo predstavili nastanek in zgodovino podjetja RM Plus d.o.o., ob tem ugotovili kakšna je primarna dejavnost, kako je sestavljena hierarhija organizacije, ki se ukvarja z raziskavami, kako dejansko poteka celoten projekt od samega začetka do konca in kdo vse je vpleten v uspešno realizacijo projekta. Pogledali si bomo tudi delo vodje klicnega centra, ki skrbi za uspešno realizacijo projektov. Opravljena je bila tudi analiza primera projekta, ki velja za enega izmed standardnih v tej organizaciji. V diplomskem seminarju je sicer predstavljen pomen projekta, poslovanje organizacij, ki se ukvarjajo s projekti, kako delujejo projektno usmerjene organizacije, kakšna je vloga projektnega managementa in kako poteka vodenje projektov v takšni organizaciji.

Title:	ORGANIZATION AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT IN COMPANY RM PLUS LTD.
Abstract:	The analysis is based on a more detailed insight into an organization that deals exclusively with the application of market and public opinion polls, which the contracting authorities are also some world-renowned organizations. First, we present the origins and history of the company RM Plus Ltd., having discovered what is the primary function, how it is composed hierarchy of the organization, which is engaged in the research, how to actually place the entire project from the beginning to the end, and who was involved in the successful realization of the project. We will also look inside the work of a call center leader that caters to the successful implementation of projects. An analysis was also the case of the project, which is considered as one of the standards within that organization. The analysis is presented by the importance of the project, business organizations dealing with projects, how the project-oriented organization works, what is the role of project management and how the management of projects place in such an organization.
