Abstract:
Diplomsko delo predstavlja geometrijsko modeliranje zgodovinskega objekta z namenom nadaljnje uporabe v razvojnem okolju Unity za predstavitev računalniškega modela rekonstrukcije v spletni aplikaciji. Z analizo literature in ostankov gradu smo izdelali celotno rekonstrukcijo stavbnega kompleksa. Nadaljnja uporaba 3D modela je definirala pristope za učinkovito računalniško predstavitev modela.

PREPARATION OF OLD CASTLE CELJE 3D GEOMETRIC MODEL FOR WEB APPLICATIONS
Abstract:
This thesis presents 3D geometric modelling of historic building for further use in a development framework Unity 3D. The aim of this thesis is finding specifics in the process of creation and usage of 3D model, specifically for web applications. This dictated many aspects of how the Old castle Celje was reconstructed. With studies of documentation and castle’s location highly optimised 3D geometric model has been obtained in order to provide users with smooth experience while discovering historic building.
