Abstract:
Delo na hotelski recepciji mora potekati hitro in učinkovito. Predpogoj za to je kvalitetna programska rešitev za hotelsko recepcijo. Na slovenskem trgu je kar nekaj programskih rešitev in njihov najem oz. nakup ni brezplačen. V diplomski nalogi smo oblikovali odločitveni model za primerjavo programskih rešitev za hotelsko recepcijo, ki bi bil primeren za pomoč hotelom pri odločanju pri nabavi le teh. V veliko pomoč pri parameterskem odločanju nam je bila uporabljena programska oprema – DEXi in Vredana, katero smo tudi opisali. Testirali smo pet programskih rešitev. V programih Dexi in Vredana smo testirane programe s pomočjo dodeljenih kriterijev tudi ocenili in analizirali. V programu Vredana smo opravili tudi metodo KAJ-ČE. Dobljeni rezultat je ocena posameznih programskih rešitev in glede na izbrane kriterije, tudi izbira programske rešitve za hotelsko recepcijo. Izdelani model nam oz. hotelom lahko koristi pri izbiri primerne programske rešitve. Ponudnikom programskih rešitev ponuja vpogled v pomembnosti lastnosti za uporabnika in možnosti njihovega izboljšanja z namenom izboljša izkušnje uporabe in večjega zadovoljstva uporabnikov.

SELECTION MODEL FOR HOTEL RECEPTION SOFTWARE
Abstract:
Work in hotel reception must be fast and efficient. Prerequisite for that is a quality software for hotel reception. There are many solutions on slovenian market and their lease/purchase costs. This thesis presents a decision model for hotel reception software comparison, that could assisst in hotels decision. Great help in decision-making were programmes DEXi and Vredana, which we described as well. We tested five software solutions for hotel reception and with great help of designed criteria for decision-making and programmes DEXi and Vredana, we evaluated and analysed them. We also did WHAT-IF method in Vredana. The final result of our thesis is an assessment of different software solutions and based on chosen criteria the choice of software solution for hotel reception. Developed decision model is of great use at choosing suitable software for hotel reception. For software providers it offers insight in importance of features for user and possibility of improving them which can lead tor better experience of use and to greater satisfaction of users.
