Abstract:	V diplomskem projektu smo podrobneje proučevali socialno podjetništvo in zaposlovanje invalidov. Razdelili smo ga na teoretični in empirični del. V teoretičnem delu smo proučili pojme podjetništvo in podjetnik, kakor jih vidijo različni avtorji, motivacijo za podjetništvo, saj se nekateri za to pot odločijo zaradi razmer na trgu, drugi zaradi izgube službe ... Prikazali smo tudi mite in resnico o podjetnikih ter demografske značilnosti slovenskega podjetništva. Ugotovili smo, da je socialno podjetništvo takšna oblika podjetništva, ki je velikokrat namenjena predvsem zaposlovanju oseb, ki so težje zaposljive. Osredotočili smo se na zaposlovanje invalidov, njihove možnosti dela in kakšne dolžnosti imajo podjetja, ki jih zaposlujejo. V empiričnem delu smo se osredotočili na podjetja, ki zaposlujejo invalide. Prikazali smo, koliko imamo v Sloveniji invalidov, kateri so brezposelni, delovno aktivni in koliko jih je zaposlenih v invalidskih podjetjih. Podatke smo grafično prikazali večinoma za obdobje od 2009 do 2013. Natančneje smo predstavili tudi značilnosti podjetja Ino d. o. o., v katerem v strukturi zaposlenih invalidi predstavljajo več kot 50 % zaposlenih. Problem povečanja števila invalidov v Sloveniji ni zanemarljiv; predvsem je zaskrbljujoče, da je iz leta v leto več brezposelnih invalidov. Od leta 2009 do leta 2013 je brezposelnost invalidov narasla za 27 %. Vse to pomeni, da obstaja velika potreba po zaposlovanju invalidov v Sloveniji ter po nastajanju invalidskih podjetij, zato tudi sklad Republike Slovenije zagotavlja za zaposlovanje invalidov vrsto finančnih sredstev.

Title:	SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND EMPLOYMENT OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES IN SLOVENIA: CASE STUDY
Abstract:	In the diploma project, we studied social entrepreneurship and employment of people with disabilities. The project work is divided to the theoretical and the empirical part. In the theoretical part, we examine the concepts of entrepreneurship and entrepreneur, how they are dveloped and described by different authors. We also examined the motivation for entrepreneurship, since some individuals enter into the entrepreneurship with the purpose to exploit business opportunities, others due necessity or job loss and with no better options for income … Myths and the truth about entrepreneurs as well as demographic characteristics of Slovenian entrepreneurship, are also presented. We have found that social entrepreneurship soften takes the form of employment of deprivileged population groups. We focused on the employment of people with disabilities, their prospects of work and on examination of duties the companies which employ them have. In the empirical part, we have focused on companies which recruit people with disabilities. We have shown a few data which are indicating the number of persons with disabilities in Slovenia, the number of employed versus the unemployed ones. The data bellow indicater the period from 2009 to 2013. We have focused mainly on slovenian company Ino d.o.o., which is know as a social company that recruit people with disabilites as they represent more than 50 % of the employees. The problem of increasing number of disabled people in Slovenia is not negligible, especially worrying is that every year more and more people with disabilities are unemployed. From 2009 to 2013, the unemployment rate of people with disabilities increased by 27 %. This means that there is a great need for employment of persons with disabilities in Slovenia, especially within companies that fulfill the necessary conditions for employment of people with disabilities. Therefore the Fund of the Republic of Slovenia for the employment of people with disabilities provides a range of funding schemes for these purposes.
