Title:NECESSARY PERMISSION FOR BUILDING SMALL CONSTRUCTED WETLAND AND VALUE ANALYSIS
Abstract:People are becoming increasingly aware of the importance of taking care for nature and the environment. There are many discussions about economizing energy, usage of alternative sources, healthier lifestyle, recycling objects and also water. We focused on taking care of water so that it can be reused and we decided to learn more about constructed wetlands. This is a relevant topic because in 2005 Slovenia accepted an operative program for differentiation and cleaning of public utility waters. The program says that it is necessary to arrange drain from all public utility waters in water treatment plants until year 2017. One of the options is building a constructed wetland. In the dissertation we will find out more about its working, importance and its advantages and disadvantages. We were also interested in which permissions you need before the beginning of construction, which laws to consider and what are the conditions to construct one. The second part includes a value analysis between a constructed wetland and two others biological water treatment plants.
Keywords:building permit, detailed design, legislation, protection of environment, constructed wetland, waste water treatment plants, sewerage, value analysis
