Abstract:
V diplomskem delu je predstavljena obstoječa izdelava zvarnih robov v podjetju Monter Dravograd d. o. o. V omenjenem podjetju se ukvarjajo z izdelavo namenskih strojev in raznovrstnih zvarjencev; prav tako je podana morebitna alternativa v robotskem sistemu za pripravo zvarnih robov. Opisan je celotni robotski sistem za izdelavo zvarnih robov in na kakšen način poteka vodenje ter programiranje naprave. Predstavljene so informacijske in logistične težave pri uvajanju takšnega sistema v obstoječo proizvodnjo ter njegove prednosti in slabosti. Podrobneje je opisana računalniško integrirana proizvodnja, katera predstavlja standard za vsa podjetja, ki želijo uspešno konkurirati na trgu dela.

Computer aided manufacturing
Abstract:
In my bachelor’s degree, the existing production of welding edges in the company Monter Dravograd d.o.o. is presented. In the company we produce special purpose engines and a variety of welded parts; there is also an alternative given in the robotic system for the preparation of welded edges. The entire robotic system for the manufacture of these welded edges is described, along with how the management and programming is being carried out. The informative and logistical problems, which occur when implementing such a system into the already existing manufacture, are presented, together with its positive and negative qualities. There is a more detailed description of the computer integrated manufacture, which presents the standard of all the companies that would like to compete in the labor market.
