| Abstract: | Diplomsko delo vsebuje opis portalnih sistemov, sistemov za pomoč strankam in analizo omenjenih portalov. Prav tako vsebuje opis problematike, ki smo se jo odločili rešiti, opis izbrane platforme, postopek načrtovanja portala in sam proces razvoja portala. Uporabljene so metode kompilacije, komparacije in deskripcije. Kot rezultat diplomskega dela je predstavljen portal za pomoč strankam, ki že lajša delo pobudniku izdelave omenjenega portala. |
