Abstract:
Projektna naloga obravnava zasnovo stanovanjskega naselja in temelji na Občinskem podrobnostnem prostorskem načrtu. Cilj naloge je zasnova ustreznega projekta iz urbanističnega ter arhitekturnega vidika. V prvem delu naloge se spoznamo s trenutnim stanjem območja, v nadaljevanju sledi razvoj koncepta umestitve objektov na območje. Ta del naloge se zaključi s končnim predlogom ter utemeljitvijo rešitve . Drugi del projektne naloge predstavlja arhitekturne načrte objektov na tem območju. Tlorisno prilagodimo zasnove objektov glede lego in morfologijo zemljišč. Nalogo zaključimo z obdelavo značilnega objekta v načrtih in opisih.

THE OUTLINE OF A FAMILY HOUSE: RESIDENTAL AREA GORNJI GRAD
Abstract:
This work, based on the municipal spatial plan, discusses the outlining of a residential area. The goal of the work is to plan a suitable project both from the urban and architectural point-of-view. In the first part of the project the current state of the area is assessed, followed by the concept of the instalment of buildings in the area. This part of the work is concluded with a final motion and the argumentation of the resolution. In the second part of the assignment the architectural plans for the buildings in the area are presented. The designs of the constructions are adapted to both the location and the morphology of the terrain. The project is concluded with the analysis of a sample building complete with plans and description.
