Abstract:	Diplomsko delo proučuje označevanje logističnih enot in sledljivost svežega blaga od dobavitelja do maloprodaje v izbranem skladiščnem in distribucijskem podjetju, njegovo okolje in problem sledenja svežega blaga (mesa, zelenjave, sadja itd.) s simbologijo GS1-128 v njem. Ta način sledenja v izbranem podjetju, predvsem notranji sistem sledljivosti, se je izkazal za problematičnega, ker mora biti cilj pri vsakem nosilcu živilske dejavnosti usmerjen v natančen umik in odpoklic blaga. Raziskovalno delo je usmerjeno v iskanje vzrokov in rešitev za ta problem. V prvem poglavju je predstavljena teoretična osvetlitev problema, v drugem je pisno in grafično predstavljen posnetek obstoječega stanja ter detajlno opisana kritična analiza, v tretjem poglavju pa je podan predlog izboljšav in sprememb trenutnega stanja. Zaključek diplomskega dela podaja glavne ugotovitve, pogoje za uvedbo izboljšav in možnosti za nadaljnji razvoj. Predlagana rešitev GS1 DataBar je sprejemljiva za prakso, saj načrtovana naložba podjetju zagotavlja avtomatsko sledljivost blaga do mesta prodaje, torej do POS-terminala.

Title:	Renovation of the process of marking of logistical units and traceability of goods in selected company
Abstract:	The thesis analyses labelling of logistic units and traceability of fresh goods from the supplier to the retailer in the selected storage and distribution company, its environment and the problem of traceability of fresh goods (meat, vegetables, fruit etc.) with GS1-128 symbology in it. Such type of tracing in the selected company, particularly the internal tracing system, proved as problematic, since the aim of each food business operator needs to be directed towards accurate withdrawal and recall of goods. The research work is focusing on the search of causes and solutions for this problem. The first chapter presents a theoretical presentation of the problem, the second part describes and graphically presents the current state and thoroughly describes the critical analysis, and the third chapter provides suggestions for improvement and changes of the current state. The conclusion of the thesis provided key-findings, conditions for the introduction of improvements and possibilities for further development. The suggested solution GS1 DataBar is practically acceptable, since the planned investment ensures the company automatic traceability of goods all the way to the retail place, namely the POS-terminal.
