| Abstract: | Raziskava zajema oceno investicije pokrite jahalnice v konjeniškem centru Zaton. Osrednje metodološko orodje je finančna analiza s pripadajočo primerjalno analizo skupnih prihodkov in stroškov (ang. Cost – Benefit analysis, CBA). Odločujoči parameter neto sedanje vrednosti je ocenjen ob predpostavki 8 % obrestne mere in višine investicije 350.000,00 €. Rezultati analize kažejo, da se investicija v pokrito jahalnico povrne po 10 - letih konstantnega denarnega toka, kjer je ocenjena vrednost NSV enaka 669,35 €. |
