Abstract:	Diplomsko delo se ukvarja s problemom prevoza nevarnega blaga v letalskem prometu. Seznanili se bomo z omejitvami letalskega prometa in natančno preučili DGR (Dangerous Goods Regulations) pošiljko. DGR je mednarodna oznaka, s katero označujemo nevarno blago. Vsako blago, ki se smatra za nevarno, najdemo na seznamu nevarnega blaga, zato bo v diplomskem delu predstavljenih devet razredov, v katere razvrščamo nevarno blago. Ukvarjali se bomo z izbiro embalaže, oznak in nalepk, ki jih potrebujemo pri pošiljanju DGR pošiljke. Podrobno bomo analizirali izjavo o prevozu nevarnega blaga in predstavili pravila za pravilno manipuliranje DGR pošiljke. Diplomsko delo preučuje specifičen primer priprave in pošiljanja DGR pošiljke v letalskem tovornem prometu, zato so opisani naslednji pomembni elementi: vloga špediterja, letalski tovorni list, skladiščni nalog in izjava za prevoz nevarnega blaga. V zadnjem delu diplomskega dela bomo predstavljeno kritično analizirali in podali rešitve za izboljšave procesa prevoza nevarnega blaga v letalskem tovornem prometu.

Title:	DGR shipments in air transport
Abstract:	The thesis focuses on the issue of transport of dangerous goods in air transport. It will show limitations of air transport and focus on DGR (Dangerous Goods Regulations) shipments. DGR is an international label that marks dangerous goods. Each shipment, which is considered potentially dangerous, is found on the list of dangerous goods, therefore the thesis will describe nine classes, into which dangerous goods can be categorized. We will focus on selecting the proper packaging, labels and stickers, which are needed in DGR shipments transport. A detailed analysis of the declaration on transport of dangerous goods will be presented and rules for adequate manipulation of DGR shipments will be presented. The thesis will focus on a specific case of preparation and transport of a DGR shipment in air transport, therefore the following important elements will be analysed: the role of the freight forwarder, air cargo bill of lading, warehouse assignment and the declaration on transport of dangerous goods. In the last part of the thesis, we will present a critical analysis and potential solutions for improving the process of dangerous goods transport in air cargo transport.
