Abstract:	Odločitev za medkulturno izmenjavo v najstniških letih, v času, ko so dijaki v letih, ko imajo pričakovanja, poglede in ideje o svetu povsem potencirane, je ena izmed najtežjih odločitev. Peščica tistih, ki se odloči za to pot, že pri teh mladih letih na lastno željo je zagotovo zbirek ljudi s podobnimi pričakovanji, željami in nazori. V vsaki generaciji dijakov se srečujemo s povsem izoblikovanimi mladimi odraslimi, ki nas vsako leto znova presenetijo s svojo pripravljenostjo in informiranostjo o programu, poteku prijave in procesu, ki ga priprava na izmenjavo zahteva. Izbira o medkulturni izmenjavi zahteva tehtne razloge, saj je proces ki ga odločitev za izmenjavo terja dolgotrajen, kompleksen in na koncu seveda nagrajujoč. Magistrsko delo smo razdelili na dve večja dela. V prvem delu smo s pomočjo teoretikov preučili in zapisali teorijo o pričakovanju in zadovoljstvu odjemalcev. Saj se nam je ta zdela za nadaljevanje dela najprimernejša, glede na naslov pričakovanja in zadovoljstvo z medkulturno izmenjavo dijakov. S pomočjo knjig, priročnikov in interneta smo opredelili in zapisali glavne teme teorije, ki so bile zanimive za nadaljevanje empiričnega dela. V raziskovalnem delu smo najprej predstavili organizacijo, ki smo jo izbrali za osrednjo temo, Izobraževalno društvo Interkultura Slovenija, katere glavna dejavnost je medkulturna izmenjava dijakov. Opisali smo proces prijave na izmenjavo, se dotaknili nastanka društva ter velik del posvetili razlagi interkulturnosti, procesu interkulturnega učenja, tehnikam in metodam učenja, pogledali kako je z interkulturnostjo v Sloveniji in kakšna je predvidena prihodnost in razvoj. Posvetili smo se tudi prostovoljstvu, ki je razlog za obstoj AFS. V drugem delu empiričnega dela smo predstavili raziskovalne metode dela, predstavili rezultate ankete o pričakovanjih in zadovoljstvu z medkulturno izmenjavo , v kateri so sodelovali nekdanji udeleženci izmenjave. Rezultati, ki smo jih pridobili bodo služili kot dodaten uporaben pripomoček pri nadaljnjem delu organizacije.

Title:	STUDENTS EXPECTATIONS AND SATISFACTION WITH INTERCULTURAL EXCHANGE
Abstract:	Decision for intercultural exchange in teenage years, in a time, when students are head over hills, is one of the most difficult decisions they have ever made in their lives so far. We believe that, those who have decided for this route, at such a young age at their own request are certainly people with similar expectations, wishes and beliefs. Every year in each generation, are students who are completely sculptured young adults. We are always surprised by their willingness and dissemination within the program, and the knowledge of applying process. Choosing intercultural exchange requires good reasons, because the process by making the decision for exchange requires time, is very complex and at the same time at the very end ultimately rewarding. These master’s thesis are divided into two major parts. In the first part we have, with the great help of theorists studied and written about the expectation and satisfaction of customers. Because it seemed to us the most appropriate topic to continue, given the title 'expectations and satisfaction with intercultural student exchange. With the great help of books, manuals and the Internet, we have identified and wrote the main themes for the theory which were in our interest for empirical work. In the second part of the assignment we presented an organization, which we have chosen to be our center topic. Student exchange is the main preoccupation of this educational society Interkultura Slovenija. We have described the process of the exchange and also how this society was created. Major part of the assignment talks about intercultural studying and their methods of teaching. It is also shown how intercultural proces is presented in Slovenia. A part is also about volunteering, which is the foundation of Intercultura Slovenija. In the second part of the empirical section we presented our methods of work, our results of the surveys we have done about expectations and satisfaction with intercultural exchange in which our former student participated. The results we have been given will be used as what to improve with the organization.
