Abstract:	V diplomskem seminarju smo se lotili kontejenerskih prevozov tovora. Pod to temo smo se lotili dva največja prevoznika kontejnerjev pri nas. To sta naše edino pristanišče Luka Koper in železniški terminal Ljubljana. Na začetku naloge je opisana zgodovina kontejnerskih prevozov, ter osnovne in najpomembnejše stvari o kontejnerjih in kontejnerizacije. Na temo kontejnerskih prevozov Luke Koper je opisan kontejnerski terminal in vsi poslovni rezultati v letu 2012, ter poslovni cilji v letu 2013. Opisane so tudi cestne, železniške in morske povezave z Luko Koper. V poglavju o železniškem terminalu Ljubljana je opisan pregled poslovnih prihodkov in odhodkov, ter osnovne naloge železniškega terminala. Na kratko sem v praktičnem delu simuliral prevoz kontejnerja iz Murske Sobote v Luko Koper in natovor kontejnerja na kontejnersko ladjo. Na koncu sem predstavil tudi kakšne dokumente potrebujemo za prevoz in po kateri klavzuli se bomo ravnali.

Title:	IMPORTANCE OF CONTAINER CARGO OF PORT OF KOPER AND SLOVENIAN RAILWAYS
Abstract:	In the diploma seminar we started containerzation cargo. Under this topic we tackle the two largest container carrier at us. These are our only port Luka Koper and Ljubljana railway terminal. At the beginning of the tasks, we described the history of container transport, as well as the basic and most important things about containers and containerization. On the topic of container transport Luka Koper we describes the container terminal and all operating results in 2012, as well as business objectives in 2013. There are also described roads, rails and sea links with the Port of Koper. In the chapter on railway terminal Ljubljana we provide an overview of operating revenues and expenses, and basic tasks rail terminal. In short, I practical worked of simulating the transport of container from Murska Sobota in the Port of Koper and loading container on the container ship. In the end I presented documents wich are needed to transport and under which clause will act.
