Abstract:	Vsa podjetja morajo graditi na svoji prihodnosti. Prihodnost v železniškem transportu se kaže v povezovanju z ostalimi vejami transporta. Torej lahko trdimo, da je v kombiniranem transportu, ki teži k prevozu od vrat do vrat, prihodnost železniškega prometa po Sloveniji. O kontejnerskem terminalu na Železniški postaji Celje tovorna – Čret lahko rečemo, da je za sedanje čase in predvsem v primerjavi z zunanjo konkurenco, na primer avstrijskih ponudnikov železniških storitev, dokaj zastarel. V diplomski nalogi smo najprej raziskali teoretične osnove v povezavi s kontejnerizacijo, kontejnerskimi terminali, manipulacijskimi napravami, s poudarkom na prednostih ter slabostih. Opisali smo tudi trenutno stanje infrastrukture kontejnerskega terminala, njegovih manipulacijskih naprav ter osebja, ki na njem izvaja svoje delo. Ukvarjali smo se tudi s temo zadovoljstva strank, s procesi, ki se odvijajo na železniškem terminalu. Izvedli smo anketo o njihovem zadovoljstvu in jo analizirali. V zaključku smo vse to strnili ter se osredotočili na rešitve, ki bi po našem mnenju pomagale pri razvoju terminala. Prišli smo do zaključka, da bi za izboljšanje delovanja terminala bilo smotrno povečati njegov prostor delovanja in s tem hkrati povečati medskladiščne površine. Poleg tega bi se morala nadgraditi pretovorna mehanizacija, s poudarkom predvsem na nabavi mostnega dvigala, kakršen se že uporablja na kontejnerskem terminalu v Ljubljani, ali dodatnega kontejnerskega manipulatorja.

Title:	Improvement of infrastructure rolling stock and satisfaction of customers at the container terminal Celje cargo-Čret
Abstract:	All companies need to work on their future. The future in railway transport lies in connection with other ways of transport. Therefore, we can claim, that the future of railway transport in Slovenia lies in combined transport, which tends towards door-to-door transport. About the container terminal at the railway station Celje tovorna – Čret we can say, that is it fairly outdated for the present times and particularly compared to foreign competition, e. g. Austrian providers of railway services. I the thesis, we first analyzed theoretical bases in connection with containerization, container terminals and manipulative devices with emphasis on advantages and weaknesses. We described the current state of the infrastructural container terminal, its manipulative devices and staff, which performs its job at the terminal. We also discussed client satisfaction with processes, which are taking place at the railway terminal. We carried out a survey about their satisfaction and analyzed it. In the conclusion we summarized all the findings and focused on solutions, which would in our opinion help with the development of the terminal. We came to the conclusion, that in order to improve the terminal’s operations would be reasonable to increase its space and consequently the inter-warehouse area. In addition the handling mechanization would have to be upgraded with particular emphasis on the acquisition of an overhead traveling crane, like the one that is used at the container terminal in Ljubljana, or an additional container manipulator.
