Abstract:
V tej magistrski nalogi sta predstavljena način in pristop k razvoju informacijsko podporne rešitve v obliki spletne aplikacije. Rešitev je bila razvita za zdravstveno ustanovo Klinika Golnik. Naloga natančno opisuje izdelano prototipno rešitev in razlago uporabljenih metod za izboljšanje procesa dela. Pogledali smo si na kakšen način spletna aplikacija omogoča uporabno novejših tehnologij in metod dela in te primerjali s trenutnim načinom dela, ki je že zelo star. Še vedno se je uporabljal standardni pristopi kot je klasična kartoteka pacienta, nalivno pero in osebni obiski. Ta proces smo spremenili in ga informacijsko podprli z našo spletno aplikacijo. Predstavili smo spletno aplikacijo in način njene izdelave. Za izgradnjo rešitve smo uporabili standardne spletne jezike. Tako smo pri izgradnji spletnega vmesnika uporabili HTML označevalni jezik v kombinaciji s CSS slogovno datoteko, medtem ko v ozadju za delovanje aplikacije skrbi programski jezik PHP. Podatki so shranjeni v podatkovni bazi MySQL. Nov model klinične poti ob podpori naše aplikacije spreminja vlogo zdravstvenega osebja in daje večji pomen vpliva pacienta v postopku zdravljenja.

Title:
WEB APPLICATION FOR MONITORING OVERWEIGHT PATIENTS
Abstract:
The master's thesis presents the approach to development of information support system. It is a web application. Solution is built for hospital Klinika Golnik. This paper describes how was made the prototype of solution and how was used to improve workflow of hospital. We had a look at web application concepts which uses advanced technology and work methods compare to old one. Old methods were still using a classic paper, a pen and personal visits. We changed that with usage of modern information support system. In last part, we had a look at complete application and the methods used to be built. For development was used a basic web programing languages such as HTML and CSS for frontend user interface and PHP for all application functions. Data was stored in MySQL database. New model of clinical path is changing a role of medical personnel and giving greater meaning of patient involvement in therapy.
