V diplomskem delu sem želela poudariti pomen pedagoškega pristopa pri treniranju mlajših selekcij. S pomočjo učnih priprav sem analizirala kateri pedagoški pristop je primeren pri določeni starostni kategoriji in kakšen vpliv ima pedagoški pristop pri nižjih starostnih kategorijah.

Abstract:
In the thesis I wanted to emphasize the importance of pedagogical approach in training younger selections. With the help of preparing lessons I analyzed the pedagogical approach is suitable for a certain age group and what impact has the educational approach in the lower age groups.
