Title:Pljučni rak, bolezen kot posledica kajenja

Abstract:Teoretična izhodišča: Kajenje je eden izmed glavnih tveganj za nastanek pljučnega raka, vendar je odvisnost od kajenja tako močna, da je včasih nesmiselno opozarjati na to nevarnost obolenja, ki je posledica kajenja. Veliko naredimo, ko preventivno opozarjamo, dokazujemo s statističnimi podatki in rezultati, kako nevarno je tvegati kaditi. Vendarle pa pride do tega, da se soočimo z pacientom, ki preboleva pljučnega raka, takrat pa moramo zdravstveni delavci vedeti strokovno pristopiti, ter znati v takšnih situacijah ukrepati. Pacientu v tem času veliko pomeni podpora, dobro informiranje, predvsem pa trdno zastavljeni cilji za prihodnost. Da to dosežemo pri človeku z tako težko diagnozo pa moramo imeti strokovno znanje in pravilen pristop. Namen raziskave je ugotoviti, koliko kadilcev se zaveda posledic dolgotrajnega kajenja. Metoda: Raziskovalni del naloge je temeljil na deskriptivni kvantitativni metodi empiričnega raziskovanja. Za raziskavo smo uporabili anketni vprašalnik, ki je bil sestavljen iz 18 vprašanj. Za statistično obdelavo podatkov smo uporabili program Microsoft Excel 2010. Rezultati: Največ (26 %) anketirancev je pričelo kaditi pri 15 letih. Od tega je kar 36 % starih nad 30 let, ki so kadilci še danes. Kar 90% vseh anketirancev pozna nevarnosti pasivnega kajenja ter 13 % se jih je že srečalo z boleznijo raka pljuč v družini. Kar 60 % bi prenehalo z kajenjem, če bi zboleli. Razprava: Rezultati raziskave kažejo, da se kadilci zelo dobro zavedajo vzrokov in posledic kajenja in da poznajo najhujšo obliko bolezni dolgotrajnega kajenja, pljučni rak. Ta bolezen skrbi bolj starejše kadilce, stare nad 30 let, saj kadijo že dalj časa. Več kot polovica pa jih razmišlja o opustitvi kajenja, vendar jih način življenja, stres, odvisnost,prepričajo k nadaljevanju kajenja.

Title:Lung cancer disease as a concequence of smoking
Abstract:Theoretical starting points: Smoking is one of the main risks of lung cancer, but smoking addiction is so strong that sometimes it is pointless to draw attention to the risk of diseases caused by smoking. We already many do when preventive reminded proven by the statistics and the results of how dangerous smoking is a risk. However, this happens to face with patients who recovering from lung cancer, then we need health professionals to know the professional approach and be able to act in such situations. Patient during this time means a lot to support, good information and firmly set goals for the future. In order to achieve this to humans with so hard diagnose, we have to have the expertise and the right approach. Goal: The aim of these is was to present illness lung cancer, the effects of smoking and passive smoking, present and describe the most common disease, as a result of prolonged smoking, the importance of health education for workers in the rehabilitation and the role of nurses in the medical care of the patient with lung cancer. Method: The research part of the thesis is based on the descriptive quantitative methods of empirical research. For the study, we used a questionnaire that consisted of 18 questions. For statistical analysis, we used Microsoft Excel, 2010. Results: Most of all respondents (26%) started smoking at 15 years. Of this 36% aged over 30 years who are smokers today. 90% of all respondents know passive smoking and 13% had already met with the disease of lung cancer in the family. 60% would cease to smoke if they become ill. Discussion: The survey results show that smokers very well aware of the causes and consequences of smoking and to know the worst form of the disease long-term smoking, lung cancer. This disease, care more older smokers over the age of 30 years because they smoke for a long time. More than half (61%) are considering quitting smoking, but a way of life, stress, addiction, satisfied to continue smoking.
