Abstract:	Diplomska naloga vsebuje področje spomina, pozabljanja ter spolne zlorabe iz otroštva, vse skupaj pa tvori sliko ozaveščenega spomina pri otroku, na katerem je bila vršena spolna zloraba. Spomin je obširno opisan in razdeljen na podvrste. Nekaj govora je o ohranjanju, velik pomen diplomske naloge pa ima pozabljanje, saj je ključen za razumevanje ozaveščenega spomina. Poudarek je tudi na obnavljanju oziroma priklicu informacij. Sledi poglavje, ki opisuje definicijo spolne zlorabe, razvojno obdobje otroka ter njegov razvoj seksualnosti. V obliki procesa, so opisane faze storilčevega vršenja spolne zlorabe, predstavljene pa so tudi lastnosti storilca oziroma storilke. Spolna zloraba na žrtvi ne pusti le kratkotrajnih posledic, temveč jo zaznamuje za celo življenje. Njene posledice med drugim vplivajo na verodostojnost spomina in so v diplomski nalogi obširno razčlenjene. Tako si žrtve spolnih napadov, velikokrat ne zmorejo povrniti spomina oziroma se ne zavedajo spolne zlorabe, ki so jo doživeli, ali pa so spomini na travmatični dogodek zamegljeni in izmaličeni. V primeru jasnega in živega spomina na pretekla dogajanja, so posledice relativno težje, saj se zdi, kot bi jih ponovno doživljali. Poleg vedenjskih vzorcev, posledicam spolne zlorabe pripisujemo travmo, posttravmatsko stresno motnjo ter kompleksno posttravmatsko stresno motnjo. Velik pomen na spolne zlorabe ima kazenski zakonik, ki ščiti tako fizični spolni kontakt z otrokom, kot tudi duševno obremenitev oziroma spolno zlorabo brez dotikanja. V zadnjem poglavju je opisan primer Gary in Holly Ramona, ki je v Združenih državah Amerike dosegel velik preboj na sodišče in je znatno vplival na kasnejše sodne obravnave, vezane na spolno zlorabo. Primer govori o lažnem ozaveščenem spominu, ki je s pomočjo sugestije in malomarne diagnoze, popolnoma razdrl družinske odnose. Diplomsko delo se v celoti navezuje na primer Ramona.

Abstract:

Our Bachelor's thesis covers topics such as memory, forgetting, child sexual abuse and especially recovered memory of child sexual abuse. There's an extensive description of memory and all his subspecies. We mention also the dynamics of saving memory, but we focus more on dynamics of forgetting, because it's crucial for the understanding the dynamics of recovered memory. We made emphasis also on the topic of renewal (restoration) and flasbacks. In the next chapter we define sexual abuse, child and sexual development. We presented the stages of the sexual abuse and the characteristics of the perpetrator, both male or female. Along with short-term consequences of the sexual abuse the victim suffers also long-term consequences for life. We considered also the question of effects on credibility of the memory after (child) sexual abuse. Many times the victims aren't conscious of the fact of sexual abuse or they lack remembering it with memories being indistinct or deformed. In the case of clear and live memories of sexual abuse in childhood the victims relive the suferrings which makes the consequences worse. Victims usually suffer trauma, post traumatic stress disorder and complex post traumatic stress disorder. We feel that it's very significant that the Criminal Code protects the children from fisical as well as mental sexual abuse which involves no touching. We dedicated the last chapter to a famous precedent in the american case law regarding child sexual abuse. The Ramona case tells us the story of a father Holly Ramona who won the lawsuit against the therapists of his daughter. The construction of false memory, what was thought to be a repressed memory of a child abuse, led to destruction of family relations. Our Bachelor's thesis basicly consists in relation to this case.
