Abstract:Z diplomskim delom je raziskano, ali se nad vzgojitelji vrši nasilje, katere so vrste nasilja, kdo nasilje izvaja, ali se v primeru nasilja sploh ukrepa in kako ter kakšne so posledice, ki jih pušča nasilje. Na podlagi različne strokovne literature so predstavljene različne vrste nasilja, ki se pojavljajo na delovnem mestu. S teoretičnega vidika poznamo več vrst in oblik nasilja, ki se razlikujejo glede na trajanja nasilja na delovnem mestu. V primeru kratkotrajnega oz. redkega pojava nasilja gre za šikaniranje, če pa se nasilje pojavlja šest mesecev in več, gre za mobing. V diplomskem delu je bilo s pomočjo anketne raziskave ugotovljeno, da je v vrtcih prisotnega največ psihičnega nasilja, ki se ga največkrat poslužujejo nadrejeni in sodelavci zaradi različnih interesov. Pri tem sta vprašljiva prav moralni nivo posameznika in nezrelost individuuma glede na delo, ki ga opravlja, in odgovornosti, ki se jih redki zavedajo. Namen diplomskega dela je prav tako seznaniti ljudi, kaj spada pod nasilje in kako ukrepati v primeru le-tega.

Title:KINDERGARTEN TEACHER AS A VICTIM OF VIOLANCE
Abstract:In my diploma work we wanted to research violence among pedagogical workers in nursery schools: Is there violence among pedagogical workers in nursery schools? Who carries out the violence? If there is a case of violence, who takes actions to prevent it and how is it prevented? What are the consequences of the violence? With the help of the literature we stated different kinds of violence that appear at work and we also gave the descriptions of these kinds of violence. In theoretical point of view we know more types and forms of violence. The violence is differed according to the duration of violence at work. If the violence is carried out only for a short time or it occurs only a few times, we call that kind of violence pettifoggery. But if the violence is carried out in the period of 6 months, we call that mobbing.We carried out a questionnaire survey and we found out that psychological violence is the most common type of violence in nursery schools. Psychological violence is usually used by superiors and by co-workers. We can put under the question the morality of individuals that carry out that kind of violence. We can say that these individuals are immature and they are not aware of the responsibility they have according to their work position. In my diploma work we also wanted to present violence to the people (what is violence) and give some instructions how to react in the case of violence.
