Abstract:
V diplomski nalogi je predstavljena analiza izboljšanja organiziranosti logistike v podjetju Stilles d.o.o. Namen diplomske naloge je podati predloge za izboljšanje organiziranosti logistike v oddelku odpreme in izhodne logistike. Osredotočili smo se tudi na izboljšanje sodelovanja med obratom končne montaže in skladiščenjem blaga, kjer gre za prejem izdelkov iz proizvodnje v skladišče. V okviru diplomske naloge smo predstavili teoretične osnove za razumevanje logistike in skladiščnega poslovanja. V nadaljevanju smo analizirali obstoječe stanje skladiščnega poslovanja v podjetju Stilles ter na koncu podali predloge za optimiranje skladiščnega procesa oziroma poslovanja. Glavna problematika skladiščnega poslovanja je slaba sledljivost blaga in neracionalna izkoriščenost skladiščnega prostora.

Title:
Improvement of organization of logistics in the company Stilles d.o.o.
Abstract:
This thesis present an analysis of the storage process in the company Stilles d.o.o. The purpose of the thesis is to improve the organization of logistics in Section dispatch and logistics. We focused on improvement of cooperation between the plant final assembly and storage of goods.We have focused on storage processes and output logistics of the company and products from the production, storage and dispatch of final products. In the thesis we present the teoretical basis of logistics and warehousing business. In addition, we analyzed the current situation in the warehouse and finaly made the proposals to optimize the storage process. We have defined the couses for inefficient warhausing with crtitical analysis. The main problem of storage management is poor traceability of goods and irrational utilization of storage space.
