Abstract:Diplomsko delo se ukvarja z vprašanjem družine in vzgoje v katerem se razvijajo mladoletni prestopniki.

Abstract:The thesis is based on the question of family and the upbringing in which juvenile delinquents develop. It researches uncongenial parent figures, dysfunctional families, who are failing in their role, parents, who are neglecting their responsibilities, which they receive as parents and is centered around a specially vulnerable group of people, children. This research is meant as an answer to the question of how much upbringing and children´s deviance are connected and are deviant parents a key element in the occurrence of children´s deviance in their childhood or in their youth. The thesis includes a research in which there where eleven participants, from the Youth correctional facility Radeče. Results, with the analysis of processed literature, answer the fundamental predispositions which include a questionable upbringing, parent´s deviance and fragile family relations. With the help of a descriptive, analytic and synthesis and compilation method we came to the conclusion that almost two thirds of surveyed participants have parents which were or are in conflict with the law and/or are abusing illegal substances and alcohol, which with all certainty show deviance and improper family environment.
