Abstract:
Diplomska naloga opisuje našo ustavno pravico do zdravstvenega varstva in varovanje pacientovih pravic. Prikazuje poznavanje in odnos do Zakona o pacientovih pravicah. Naloga raziskuje tri hipoteze, in sicer ali so pravice pacienta v zasebnem in javnem sektorju enake, ter mnenje pacientov o le-tem. Na podlagi raziskave, izvedene na Zobni kliniki Križaj, pa prikazuje poznavanjepravic s strani pacientov.

CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS TO HEALTH CARE AND PROTECTION OF PATIENT'S RIGHTS
Abstract:
The thesis describes our constitutional right to health care and protection of patients' rights. It shows knowledge of and attitude towards the Law of Patient Rights. It explores the three hypotheses, namely whether the rights are the same in the private and public sector, and patient opinion on that. Based on research at Dental Clinic Križaj it shows the knowlage of the rights by patients.
