Abstract:	Glavni cilj proizvodnega podjetja je povečanje produktivnosti. Cilj želijo doseči s čim manjšim denarnim vložkom. Uresničevanje ciljev poteka z odpravljanjem izgub v procesu Takšne izgube se pojavljajo zaradi procesa, pomanjkanja materiala in časa v procesu, operaterjev na strojih, orodij, planiranja in vzdrževanja. V diplomskem delu bom podal pregled preteklega stanja in ovrednotene pridobitve s posodobitvijo planiranja proizvodnje avtomobilskih pnevmatik oz. pretoka materiala z metodo E-kanban. Ker je proizvodnja tovarne precej kompleksna, se bom osredotočil samo na transportne delavce. V diplomskem delu predstavljam razliko identificiranja zaloge polizdelkov z ročnim kanban-om in vpeljavo E-kanban-a, ki zagotavlja hitrejši in učinkovitejši odziv transportnih delavcev, ki so ključnega pomena za spremembe v proizvodnji avtoplaščev. Rezultat se bo kazal v večjem zadovoljstvu notranjih kupcev in posledično tudi zunanjih kupcev pnevmatik. Pri ročnem kanban-u je bilo preverjanje zaloge fizično. Transportni delavci so največ časa porabili ravno za identifikacijo zaloge. Zaradi neurejenih skladiščnih prostorov je bilo preverjanje zaloge tudi nevarno, kajti povzpeti so se morali na transportna sredstva. Z namestitvijo E-kanban-a in pripadajoče opreme je delo časovno krajše in bolj učinkovito. Z uvedbo E-kanban-a smo skrajšali pretočne čase v proizvodnji, znižali vmesne zaloge, spremenili odziv proizvodnje na spremembe in spoštovanje dobavnih rokov. Spodbuda sodelavcev v proizvodnji in v planiranju proizvodnje je pripeljala do spremembe v razmišljanju o optimizaciji delovnih procesov.

Title:	THE IMPLEMENTATION OF E-KANBAN TOOL IN GOODYEAR DUNLOP SAVA TIRES D.O.O.
Abstract:	Increasing manufacturing productivity is one important aim of the company.Target want to achive with the minimum input of cash. This objective is realized by seeking and eliminating looses. It was found that the high losses are occurring in the immediate manufacturing process. Such losses are due to machines, to the operators, lack of time or material. Also such losses are due to the tools, process itself, production planning and maintenance. In the thesis, I will give an overview of the past situation and evaluation of acquisition with update schedule production of automobile tires, or material flow with E-kanban method. Since the production of the factory is quite complex, I will focus only on one area. This area is transport workers. In the thesis I propose difference of inventory identification between old kanban method (kanban cards) and E-kanban method, providing faster and more efficient responses of transport workers. They are crucial for changes in the production of tires. The result will be reflected in the increasing satisfaction of internal customers and external customers of automobile tires. In the manual kanban was checking inventory physicaly. Transport workers spend most of your time just to identify inventory. Due to the unregulated storage facility was checking stocks also dangerous, because they had to climb on transport resources. By installing the E-kanban-a and associated equipment is working time shorter and more efficient. New way show shorten lead times in production. New method reduce change the response to changes in production, intermediate inventories and adherence to delivery schedules. Encourage employees in production and in the production planning department bring change of their thinking about optimizing working processes.
