Abstract:	Ustvarjati konkurenčno prednost v globaliziranem svetu, polnem inovativnih podjetij, izdelkov in storitev, je eden glavnih izzivov sodobnih podjetij. Močna mednarodna konkurenca od podjetij preprosto zahteva, da so inovativna na vseh področjih poslovanja. Ne gre več za prenovo izdelkov in storitev; veliko pozornost je treba nameniti tudi prenovi poslovnih procesov. Ne glede na to, ali je podjetje storitveno ali proizvodno, potrebuje dober pregled nad listinami, dokumenti in sistemom, ker je le tako omogočeno stalno izboljševanje procesov in uspešno zadovoljevanje potreb odjemalcev. Da bi se izognili marsikateri oviri, pa moramo pravilno implementirati različne strateške in tehnične rešitve. V diplomskem delu smo s pomočjo ustrezne metodologije analizirali proces realizacije naročila strank in partnerjev ter prenovo dokumentacijskega in informacijskega sistema. Prenova je lahko velik korak za marsikatero podjetje, a če podjetja vlagajo dovolj v znanje in tehnologijo, s tem povečajo svojo konkurenčnost na trgu. Razlogi za skeptičnost pred prenovo so lahko različni: od stroškov do uvajanja novih sistemov, tehnologij in usposabljanj. Prednosti in koristi se pokažejo ob spremembi trendov na trgu. V delu smo potrdili temeljno hipotezo, da je prenova procesa realizacije naročil smiselna z vidika finančnih in organizacijskih učinkov. V nadaljevanju smo raziskovalne izsledke dopolnili še s praktično dodano vrednostjo za podjetje, tj. prototipno rešitvijo v okolju SAP.

Title:	RENEWAL OF DOCUMENTATION AND INFORMATION SYSTEM OF REALIZATION PARTNERS ORDERS PROCESS
Abstract:	Creating competitive advantage in a globalized world, that is full of innovative companies, products and services, is one of the main challenges of modern companies. Powerful international competition simply requires from companies, that they are innovative on all areas of business. It is no longer only about the renewal of products and services, a lot of attention should be also given to business process reengineering. Regardless of whether the organization is a service or production company, it needs a good overview over deeds, documents and system, as it is an important way to enable continuous improvement of processes and meeting the needs of customers. In order to avoid many obstacles, it must correctly implement various strategic and technical solutions. The thesis was based on the original methodology, enabling analysis of the order process from customers and partners, and also the renewal of documentation and information system. Business process reengineering can be a big step for many companies, but if companies invest sufficiently in knowledge and technology, they will increase their competitiveness in the market. The reasons for scepticism before the reengineering can be different, from the cost to the introducing new systems, technologies, and training. Advantages and benefits are shown particularly at times of new market trends. In the diploma, we have verified the main hypothesis that the order process reengineering is beneficial both in terms of financial and organisational effects. In the continuation, we have upgraded the research results with a prototype solution in the SAP environment, representing practical value for the chosen company.
