Abstract:
Diplomsko delo obravnava postopek izbora kandidatov za poklic učitelja smučanja v Smučarski šoli Alpskega smučarskega kluba Kranjska Gora. Diplomsko delo je zasnovano kot predlog odločitvenega modela izbire učitelja alpskega smučanja v Smučarski šoli Alpskega smučarskega kluba Kranjska Gora na podlagi izbranih kriterijev. Izgradnjo modela smo izvedli z metodologijo za večparametrsko odločanje DEX. Uporabili smo program DEXi.

Title:
MULTICRITERIA HIERARCHICAL MODEL FOR EVALUATION OF SKI INSTRUCTORS
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the procedure of selecting ski instructors at the ski school of Alpin ski club Kranjska Gora. The multiparameter hierarchical model for evaluating the selection of an alpine ski instructor is designed as a proposal for the ski school of Alpin ski club Kranjska Gora. The model was built using the DEX methodology for multicriteria decision making.
