Title:	SPOŠTOVANJE MORALNO-ETIČNIH NAČEL V JAVNEM ZDRAVSTVENEM ZAVODU

Abstract:	V magistrskem delu sta opisani etika in morala ter njun pomen v zdravstveni negi in v managementu. Na kratko je predstavljen tudi javni zdravstveni sistem. Opisali smo etiko skrbi kot najpomembnejšo etično teorijo v zdravstveni negi. V empiričnem delu smo predstavili rezultate ankete, ki smo jo izvedli v Univerzitetnem kliničnem centru Maribor, na Kliniki za kirurgijo in na Kliniki za interno medicino. V raziskavi je sodelovalo 111 zdravstvenih delavcev. Kot instrument smo uporabili anketni vprašalnik, sestavljen iz 28 vprašanj odprtega in zaprtega tipa. Ugotoviti smo želeli, v kolikšni meri so moralno-etične vrednote upoštevane pri delovanju delavcev v javnem zdravstvenem zavodu in koliko vodje prispevajo k ozaveščanju zaposlenih k večjemu moralno-etičnemu delovanju. Rezultati so pokazali, da so moralno-etične vrednote v visoki meri zastopane pri delu zdravstvenih delavcev, da zaposleni zelo pogosto razmišljajo o etičnosti svojega delovanja in se s tega področja tudi izobražujejo. Rezultati so tudi pokazali, da zaposleni vidijo svojega nadrejenega kot vzor pri moralno-etičnem delovanju, vodja pa jim tudi nudi vso potrebno pomoč in podporo pri moralno-etičnih dilemah.

Title:	Respecting of Moral and Ethical Values in the Public Health Institution
Abstract:	Ethics and moral and their importance in health care services and management are described in the master's thesis. Public health system has been presented in short as well. We have described ethics of care as the most important ethic theory in health care. We have presented the results of the questionnaire in the empirical part of the thesis which has been executed in the University clinic centre Maribor, Clinics for surgery and Clinics for internal medicine. 111 health care workers have participated in the research. We have used a questionnaire as an instrument which had 28 direct and closed questions. We wanted to find out how moral and ethical values are respected when working in public health care institution and to what extend the leaders contribute to awareness of employees to higher moral and ethic working. The results have shown that moral and ethical values are highly represented at work of health care workers and the employees frequently think about ethics of their work and they also educate themselves at the area. The results have also shown that the employees see their superior as a role model for moral and ethical behaviour (the leader offers all needed help and support with moral and ethical dilemmas).
