Abstract:
V diplomskem delu smo predstavili način poteka konstruiranja kovične priprave ročaja pri montaži. Na začetku dela smo predstavili obravnavani problem pri kovičenju ročaja, pretočnost materiala ter ergonomsko manj utrujajočega delovnega mesta. Na podlagi določenih predpostavk smo poiskali in izbrali ustrezno rešitev. Predstavili smo namensko kovično pripravo za kovičenje ročaja. Pripravo smo dimenzionirali za točno določeno dimenzijo slepe kovice. Posamezne elemente priprave smo podrobneje predstavili in opisali. V zaključku diplomskega dela smo izdelali analizo primerjave obstoječega in novega načina kovičenja in podali smernice za nadaljnje delo.

Title:
Design of riveting preparation for assembly grip
Abstract:
This dissertation presents a way of designing a device for riveting the handle during assembly. In the beginning of the thesis the problems of riveting the handle, the throughput of the material and how to achieve ergonomically less tiring work are discussed. Based on certain assumptions we sought and chose an adequate solution. We presented a purposeful riveting device for riveting the handle. The device dimensions are chosen for a specific blind rivet dimension. We presented and described the individual elements of the device in detail. In the conclusion of the dissertation we made a comparational analysis of the existing and the new way of riveting and gave guidelines for further work.
