Title:ETHICS IN BUSINESS NEGOTIATIONS
Abstract:Business ethics is important in all organizations nowdays, because today's businesses covers higher ethical standards than in the past, as experience has shown that more and more companies get into trouble or even collapse. Business ethics is very difficult to define, but it relates to the business and affairs of the organization. The word ethics can be defined as a set of rules that negotiators should be aware of in the negotiations. What is ethical can easily become unethical because there is a very fine line that you can easily cross. As we see ethics almost every day or everywhere, there are also negotiations that follow ethics in every step. We negotiate on the street, with partners, as well as in the workplace and, of course, also while doing business with other organizations. Negotiations are mostly resolving conflicts between two or more clients. Business negotiations have, of course, its own rules and procedures, which would be respected by the negotiators. However, this often does not work out because negotiators have their own interests in the negotiations, they want to achieve if it is possible. Negotiators must also be able to listen to the other person may not be short-tempered and be able to indulge. Nowadays as we can see there is a lot of negotiations and so it can also be seen that the results of these negotiations are very different. Even the negotiation procedures vary greatly, depending of course on what you want negotiators in negotiations to achieve and for what they negotiate. Since Slovenia is still in crisis, the most current negotiations we see are concerning monetary assistance from other countries, we must consider if Slovenia is strong enough to come out of the crisis itself. I believe that if we accept help, it would be helpfull and it would be a chance to raise our economy .Because in economic aspect we are currently one of the poorest countries in Europe. Let's see what time brings us, they say.
